| Utility Room: | Washing machine off en-suite shower room. 6 - we have a 1,100 litre water tank to provide a reserve supply to en-suite shower room and washing machine in case of water rationing. |
| Living Rooms: | Large lounge/dining room with broadband connection for your laptop, sat TV, DVD and CD player. A selection of books, CDs, DVDs, a variety of games. Comprehensive information pack about the area which gives suggestions for local walks and scenic drives. |
| Pool: | A private mosaic tiled swimming pool, 9m x 4m, with spectacular underwater lighting. The pool is maintained by ionisers, which minimises the use of chemicals. Poolside shower, large sunshade and furniture. |
| Garden and terraces: | Double doors lead from the lounge to a front porch with a covered dining area. At the rear of the house there is another large vine covered dining area and BBQ for alfresco dining which has views beyond the pool to the Lujar Mountain. Sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. Unlike most other owners we can provide beach and pool towels on request to save on luggage space. The pool is cleaned twice weekly. |
