Bookings must be confirmed in writing within one week of telephone cofirmation together with a non refundable deposit of 25% (minimum £250 per week). Balance due two months prior to arrival. An additional £200 returnable breakages deposit is required as part of the final payment.
Saturday
is the
preferred changeover day with arrivals after 3.30pm and departures by
10.00am.
